There's no place like home

yes it's true. I'm finally home :) YAY! I guess when you live away from home you don't realize all the great things that are at home. So I made a list of things I'm going to be grateful for!

a pantry/fridge full of food I didn't buy :) haha
my own room and no rent!
a bathroom that  isn't a million years old.
painted walls
the back yard
of course I have to throw mom and dad in here
closet space
old friends

I could go on but I'm not gonna because I don't want to bore you too much!

There are definitely things that I'm going to miss though. Like this adorable girl! I miss her sass already.
 there are lots of other things too but i'm too lazy to find more pictures right now.

mixed up

This picture just says it all. sorta.
sometimes I just have mixed up emotions.
maybe its because I'm a female
maybe its because I'm scared of the world
maybe its because trials aren't my favorite
maybe its because I care SO much about everyone! {yes, that means you!}
maybe its because there are lots of big changes happening right now.
maybe I have no idea why at all.

Well, I am human. I'm sure that is one factor.
I am in the process of ending one chapter in my life
{one that I have loved so much and have learned so many lessons from.}
Moving. I need not say more.
news.
goodbyes.

Sad? understatement.

But I have LOADS to be grateful for. I have been so blessed.
my sweet amazing funny crazy family.
opportunities.
jobs
THE GOSPEL
there are just so many things.

So I guess I'm not really mixed up at all. I'm simply
grateful.

He lives my hungry soul to feed

I tried to write something passionate and great, but this, this is so much better. <-- click that sentence.

I never cease to be amazed at the love that He has not just for me but for all of us. What a blessed friend and brother He is. I know that my Redeemer lives, for He has saved me and has loved me through everything I have been through, and when i have gone and done all that I can do, when I feel as if I can go no further, that is when He carries me on.

God bless each and everyone of you, and may you feel the Light of Christ more and more upon you everyday.

i do so many things...

honestly I'm not sure where to begin. I guess it's been awhile...

I'm just going to preface this by saying all that is included is probably not even close to everything that I wanted to tell you, but i seriously cant remember it all. so here goes nothing...

Mostly i've been trying to spend as much time as possible with my family before I leave. which is tough because we are all SUPER busy.
ha. this girl. shes great.

i've been working alot. and being bored at work. call center. never again. but I am blessed to have great co-workers who help me pass the time by playing scrabble with me with cheese its. yeah it was the so great.
there are seriously letters on the crackers!

I have also gotten some great letters from a great friend. I'm impressed every time I read a letter because its amazing how much he has changed for the better. It makes me smile often.
i had to blur out addresses. i don't want creepers, and i'm sure he doesn't either. so sorry.

a couple of weeks ago we went to a Hindu festival called Hare Krishna {pronounced har-ay kree-sh-na, i hope you just made really attractive facial expressions while sounding that out.} basically its this huge festival that everyone goes to but no one actually knows what they are celebrating. It's just cool because you get to throw chalk powder at everyone. and it's impossible to breathe.
for those of you looking to go next time wear a bandanna, you will thank me afterwards when your snot isn't purple and you weren't tasting chalk and having a wannabe asthma attack.

 our eyes were all squinty because some kid thought it would be funny to blow chalk in our faces while we were trying to take a picture. hence the fluff of orange on the left side.

top left, Meg and I, top right Hare Krishna Temple, bottom left all the shmucks and bottom right Me and my sis.
it was a blast, and I'm really grateful that I was able to go! and don't worry my shirt came out pink after I washed it, and my scalp and hands were the only things that stayed dyed.

Next, my sister in law had her baby!!! He is so cute! And we almost have the same birthday. We all just adore and love him so much!
Clark Jacob Ellsworth, 7lbs 6oz. 20in.
3.30.12
I mean just look at that face!
It was really entertaining watching Jacob try to go into "dad mode" he's clueless. we gave him a hard time, and although this is probably bad to say I'm really excited to watch what happens. He's not a fan of diapers already. HA! for more deets on that you can check up here. Don't expect anything for awhile though. Mom is still resting, and they are busy graduating and moving and being big kids now. But it's a great blog and I probably stalk it multiple times a week even when it's the same post each time. don't judge.

---------------------------------------------------

Happy birthday to this little fool. :) I had my birthday on Sunday, and I am feeling so much love from everywhere and everyone! I just love life! it was a pretty memorable day. Most thanks to my sweet roommate Kelsey and her amazing family.

On Saturday night I went to Sandy and met my best friend Chelsea and her husband Trent for dinner and we had a blast and talked and just had an all around good time. I was so happy to see them, because it's been awhile and since i'm moving to AZ it's probably going to be longer this next time. boo.

after that I drove up to Kelsey's house and stayed the night. I woke up to a billion texts from friends and family including one from my pops that said "Happy Birthday little fool." {I think he thinks he's funny or something.}
(the card my mom and dad sent me. My mom's sweet note made me get teary and then my dad wrote the following. "19?! What the heck. Getting old. love ya still. -dad... for some people that might sound rude, but I think that's one of the nicest things my dad has ever said to me! just kidding. sorta.)

 Her [Kelsey's] sister made yummy breakfast for us Sunday morning, we watched a wonderful conference session, then we got ready to go. Kelsey kinda has the hook up and we got to go to the Sunday afternoon session of Conference with legit seats.
{yeah that's totally 17 rows from the pulpit.}
I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not but you can totally see the PROPHET just chillin in his chair. I was feeling pretty great.
After that INCREDIBLE session we were headed out to the car and well we sorta ran into Elder Ballard... you know the apostle. I may or may not have shaken his hand. He was so nice and his wife is adorable.
we went to Kelsey's sister's house and had din din and yummy cake and they were so kind and just great. I was sad to go home.
I can honestly say there is not much that could have made my day much better.

Looking at all of this i realized that I am so blessed. I have been able to have so many great experiences and opportunities that I would never have had otherwise. I am SO GRATEFUL! Thank you to all who have been an influence in my life. I would not be who I am without your examples.

I hope everyone has something great for Easter planned. Me? yes, yes I do. Spend the WHOLE day with my family :)
TTFN.
